Since joining Charterhouse in January 2018 as Financial Controller, my confidence has grown. I have had many opportunities to put my ideas forward as well as developing the financial reporting side. I work with various parts of the business, from sales to VNS and project managers to procurement and billing; which is a great way for me to understand how other parts of the business function as well as getting to know people. I have certainly learnt a great deal already and no 2 days are ever the same!
