NHS Digital have announced that as per the NHSmail roadmap, they are planning to enable Microsoft Teams Phone System for Shared Tenant organisations in Quarter 1 of 2023, allowing locally managed SBCs to integrate with Trust on-premise PBXs or in simple terms, allowing Teams to become part of your Phone System.
Over the past 12 months, Charterhouse have been working with Trusts to prepare them for this integration. With this in mind, we are hosting a 45 minute Virtual NHS Roundtable on 10th February at 3pm that will cover:
